Review: Worldly: An older man younger woman romance
Steamy, quick, insta-love read between Maria, a college student, who falls for her Dad’s best friend Travis.
Travis is a seasoned veteran and is suffering from PTSD after his discharge, so he comes with a great deal of baggage, but the one thing he’s been certain of since he got back home, is that he’ll make Maria his.
He finally can envision a future worth living, with Maria by his side and his babies in her belly. The chemistry between them is hot and their relationship moves very quickly. Before you know it, Maria’s given Travis her virginity and they are trying to figure out how to break the news to her Dad.
Travis has saved Maria’s Dad’s life in the battlefield more than once and they are best friends. Blood is always thicker than water though and just because Maria’s Dad is forever grateful to Travis for his past heroics, doesn’t mean that he won’t kill him when he finds out that Travis is sleeping with his little girl.
Sweet epilogue. HEA. Standalone novella. No cliffhanger, no cheating.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.
